What you will do

• Design, develop, test, and roll out new Pega features focused on the Smart Investigate module.
• Shape and implement the strategic vision for payment investigation.
• Develop secure full-stack applications with appropriate validation, design, and SDLC practices.
• Build resilient, scalable modules using cloud-native services.
• Collaborate with product managers, business operations, and engineers to define product requirements and objectives.
• Participate in system design consulting and platform management.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of experience with Pega frameworks in the banking domain.
• Hands-on experience with Pega Smart Investigate.
• Familiarity with object-oriented programming concepts.
• Proficiency with algorithms, data structures, and software design.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, multidirectional environment.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to deliver high-quality software.

Nice to have

• Pega certifications such as CSSA or CLSA.
• Experience in financial services, particularly corporate cash management.
• Experience with AWS.
• Understanding of cloud and container concepts.
