Store Manager (Luxury Retail)

Location: 2 Broad St, Bath BA1 5LJ, UK; onsite, full-time store-based role.

What you will do

• Run the store efficiently and develop the ready-to-wear and made-to-measure business.
• Lead, manage, train, and motivate the sales team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Achieve financial targets and manage store and individual KPIs, including conversion, ATV, UPT, and CRM data capture.
• Manage customer service, after-sales support, visual merchandising, housekeeping, stock levels, replenishment, and stock security.
• Build local and regional networks, support marketing activity, and plan customer events with regional and marketing managers.
• Maintain compliance with company health and safety, HR, disciplinary, payroll, and operational procedures.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in luxury retail, ideally menswear, at Assistant Manager or Store Manager level.
• Expertise in people management, team performance improvement, recruitment, training, and staff development.
• Passion for tailoring and willingness to expand product knowledge.
• Proficient verbal and written English.
• Strong communication, networking, customer service, problem-solving, and target-management skills.
• Immaculate presentation, punctuality, flexibility, and the ability to work under pressure and adapt at short notice.
