What you will do

• Achieve monthly sales targets while maintaining brand and company KPIs.
• Deliver customer consultations and high-impact make-up artistry that build loyalty and drive sales.
• Represent Marc Jacobs Beauty and protect its brand equity across permanent and promotional retail spaces.
• Execute merchandising guidelines and maintain awareness of brand performance, competitors, and market trends.
• Build partnerships with hirify.global colleagues, retailer staff, and store management.
• Complete reporting, payroll, month-end processes, and digital documentation using hirify.global systems and iPad tools.

Requirements

• Proven experience in beauty retail with a high level of make-up artistry.
• Passion for luxury beauty brands, trends, and self-expression.
• Strong sales mindset and drive to exceed targets.
• Ownership mentality, attention to detail, and commitment to brand standards.
• Collaborative attitude and willingness to learn, share, and grow.
• Availability to work at Selfridges, Trafford Centre Manchester, 3 days per week.
