Associate, Rotational Program (Life Sciences)

Location: San Francisco, CA; applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer visa sponsorship.

Salary: $92,500 starting salary, plus an annual discretionary performance bonus and benefits.

What you will do

• Rotate through Advisory practice areas including Evidence, Value, Access & Pricing, Commercial Strategy, Primary Market Research, and Centers of Excellence.
• Conduct secondary research using healthcare databases to analyze drug pricing, clinical pipelines, and marketplace dynamics.
• Design and use analytical tools, including forecast models, to support client decision-making.
• Coordinate and conduct primary research with physicians, patients, payers, and other healthcare stakeholders.
• Analyze and synthesize clinical, scientific, and business data for project teams and clients.
• Develop presentations and other client deliverables in collaboration with project teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship is required; sponsorship is not available for TN, H-1B, F-1, STEM OPT, or other visas.
• 0–2 years of experience in consulting or relevant life sciences work.
• Demonstrated interest in quantitative and analytical skills, with familiarity with Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively, manage multiple projects, learn quickly, and adapt to a dynamic rotational environment.
