Shift Supervisor

Location: Dallas Treats store, Dallas, TX; fully onsite

Salary: $18.50–$19.50 per hour plus tips

What you will do

• Act as Manager on Duty during assigned shifts and guide daily store operations.
• Lead and supervise team members to improve customer service, store sales, and profitability.
• Maintain operational standards, merchandising, housekeeping, and timely task execution.
• Oversee cleaning and maintenance of industrial kitchen equipment and store areas.
• Audit cleanliness, food preparation, and storage areas for compliance with food safety requirements.
• Support in-store and off-site activations and coordinate with retail leadership.

Requirements

• Open and flexible availability for evenings, overnights, weekends, holidays, releases, and special projects.
• Valid ServSafe, Food Handlers certification, or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years of management experience in a customer-facing role.
• At least 1 year of Food & Beverage experience.
• Ability to perform business math, multitask, communicate efficiently, and organize work.
• Ability to lift and move 30 pounds and stand, walk, bend, twist, and climb ladders or step stools for prolonged periods.
