Assistant Store Leader (Customer Experience)

What you will do

• Lead the sales floor and set the standard for warm, inclusive, and authentic customer experiences.
• Coach Supervisors and Team Members on product knowledge, personalized styling, consultative selling, and customer engagement.
• Use sales KPIs and data to identify opportunities, improve conversion, and drive daily and monthly results.
• Provide immediate feedback, recognize achievements, and support ongoing team development.
• Manage floor coverage, zoning, and customer engagement during peak traffic while maintaining a welcoming and visually presentable store.
• Partner with Store Leaders and the ASL team to analyze trends and improve productivity and profitability.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of retail leadership experience focused on sales floor leadership, coaching, and business results.
• Proven ability to drive customer engagement, conversion, and team performance.
• Strong understanding of sales KPIs, data-driven coaching, problem solving, and interpersonal communication.
• Passion for personalized, inclusive customer experiences and authentic representation of the hirify.global brand.
• Must remain physically active and accessible to customers for the full scheduled shift; able to bend, reach, stretch, and regularly lift or move up to 40 pounds.
• Open availability is required, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.
