Senior Engineer, Quality Assurance Engineering (Semiconductor Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Drive plant quality performance through process control, root-cause analysis, corrective and preventive actions, and continuous improvement.
• Lead factory quality issue resolution using 8D, RCA, CAPA, and other structured problem-solving methodologies.
• Monitor critical process and product parameters, quality metrics, process capability, and manufacturing stability.
• Manage nonconforming materials and products, containment activities, disposition, and recurrence prevention.
• Partner with Production, Process Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, and Global Quality teams.
• Lead audits, qualification and validation activities, change management, risk assessments, and quality documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Experience in quality, manufacturing, process, equipment, or materials engineering within semiconductor or high-tech manufacturing.
• Hands-on experience with FMEA, SPC, MSA, Control Plans, 8D, CAPA, DOE, process mapping, and statistical data analysis.
• Knowledge of quality systems, change management, audits, risk assessment, qualification, and validation activities.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, teamwork, planning, execution, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin are required.
