Senior Supervisor, Quality Engineering (Semiconductor Manufacturing)

hirify.global is seeking a quality engineering leader to support plant manufacturing quality, high-volume manufacturing readiness, qualification demand, and multi-site coordination.

What you will do

• Lead, coach, and develop the LMC-KSP and LMC-EHP plant quality engineering team.
• Own plant-level quality performance and oversee SPC, control plans, quality systems, standards, and compliance.
• Lead resolution of complex manufacturing quality issues using 8D, RCA, and CAPA, including containment and recurrence prevention.
• Coordinate decisions and improvement programs across Production, Process Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, customer-facing teams, and global quality teams.
• Oversee NPI, MOC, qualification, validation, plant transfer, risk assessment, and change-management activities.
• Drive the site quality improvement roadmap and support localization, capacity expansion, and customer qualifications.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering or a related technical field.
• Strong plant quality engineering experience in semiconductors or high-tech manufacturing.
• Proven experience leading or managing engineering and quality teams.
• Deep knowledge of SPC, FMEA, MSA, Control Plan, 8D, CAPA, and DOE.
• Experience with NPI, qualification, and change-management processes, plus strong problem-solving and cross-functional leadership skills.
• Fluent English and Mandarin required.
