Process R&D Engineer (Display)

Location: Tainan, Taiwan

What you will do

• Design process engineering experiments, collect and analyze data, and prepare technical reports.
• Perform hardware characterization and measure film properties across complex systems.
• Troubleshoot process engineering issues, conduct root-cause analysis, and implement solutions.
• Create product documentation, presentations, and internal technical reports.
• Engage with customers, vendors, and suppliers to resolve technical concerns and support new technologies and products.
• Serve as a resource for junior colleagues and lead project teams when needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 4–7 years of related experience.
• Conceptual and practical expertise in complex problem solving.
• Hands-on experience with CVD, ALD, and PVD processes is a plus.
• Experience with smart tools, smart sensors, and AI/ML modeling is a plus.
