Automotive Customer Service Representative

Location: Warrenville, Illinois, United States. Hybrid schedule with work-from-home eligibility of up to two days per week after training.

Salary: $50,000 per year

What you will do

• Handle inbound calls from customers about maintenance claims.
• Review automotive service contracts and evaluate maintenance claim requests.
• Request and review documentation needed to process claims.
• Explain contract provisions and answer general customer questions.
• Record notes and enter documentation in the AGWS system.

Requirements

• Strong customer service, phone, multitasking, and communication skills.
• Ability to type at least 40 words per minute.
• Technical certification or degree preferred.
• Automotive service or automotive-related customer service experience is advantageous.
• English/Spanish bilingual ability is preferred.

Nice to have

• ASE certifications.
• Previous automotive experience in service or customer service.
