IT Technical Expert, B2B NAM (Node.js)

Location: New York, NY, United States; hybrid work schedule. Occasional business travel to Annecy, France and Ogden, Utah.

Salary: USD 90,000–110,000 yearly.

What you will do

• Provide technical and functional support for the Elastic B2B platform to North America Sales Operations and Customer Service teams through ServiceNow.
• Analyze and resolve issues across Elastic, surrounding microservices, and internal console systems.
• Escalate complex cases to Annecy-based support and engineering teams and ensure effective handovers across the time difference.
• Track resolution times and response quality, analyze KPIs, and recommend corrective actions.
• Create and maintain knowledge-base content documenting recurring issues and solutions.
• Contribute to minor developments, bug fixes, configuration changes, and the Support Console used for customer and product authorization diagnostics.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience as a developer or in a technical/functional support role.
• Experience with Node.js, AWS Lambda, Serverless, and Next.js.
• Understanding of microservices architecture, event-driven design, and agile/DevOps practices.
• Experience with data integrations across CRM, PIM/DAM, and SAP ERP systems.
• Strong debugging, troubleshooting, communication, autonomy, and prioritization skills.
• Fluent English required; French is a plus.
