Senior Presales Engineer (Medtech)

What you will do

• Deliver product demonstrations, presentations, and proof-of-concept sessions.
• Provide technical advice and responses to customer questions in requests for information and proposals.
• Create implementation plans and monitor project approval processes.
• Scope technical solutions, prepare software order forms, and recommend solutions based on customer needs.
• Present and position product offerings with senior customer stakeholders, including technical and financial comparisons with competing vendors.
• Coordinate with support and sales teams to resolve technical issues and identify additional business opportunities.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in a similar presales position.
• Degree in biomedical, electrical, or communications engineering.
• Strong technical knowledge of the products being sold.
• Arabic and English are mandatory for spoken and written communication.
• Strong communication, negotiation, time-management, and people-oriented skills.
• Willingness to travel approximately 50% of the time.
