Location: London, United Kingdom; hybrid work with teams in the office around four days a week. Candidates must have the right to work in the UK.

What you will do

• Support the Regional Client Manager with day-to-day client requests, projects, and workstreams.
• Participate in weekly client calls, campaign performance reviews, updates, and reporting.
• Support campaign management by updating schematics, checking media plans, and coordinating with teams and partners.
• Follow campaign QA and go-live processes before launch and throughout delivery.
• Interpret media delivery data and communicate performance insights.
• Assist with purchase order tracking, bookings, reconciliations, and financial queries.

Requirements

• Right to work in the United Kingdom.
• Strong organizational skills, independence, ability to manage multiple tasks, and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills, including active listening and clear summarization.
• Collaborative behavior and openness to constructive feedback.
• Basic competence in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
