Senior Account Manager (Programmatic Advertising)

Location: Chicago, United States preferred; remote-first work environment. Travel up to 20% of the time, including in-person client meetings and presentations.

Base salary: $96,000–$132,000 USD annually, excluding potential bonuses, commissions, equity, and benefits.

What you will do

• Manage client relationships across multiple industry verticals as the primary point of contact.
• Design campaign strategies and manage advertising campaigns in the hirify.global DSP.
• Report on campaign goals, analyze performance, and implement optimization strategies to meet KPIs.
• Set up and traffic campaigns, including third-party tag implementation and pixel creation and troubleshooting.
• Identify upselling opportunities and contribute to tools, procedures, and reports that improve efficiency.
• Provide strategic advice through meetings, presentations, Quarterly Business Reviews, and client training.

Requirements

• 6+ years of real-time bidding or programmatic advertising experience with a DSP or ad network.
• Experience running Google Ads, Facebook Ads, or self-serve DSP campaigns.
• Proven success managing client relationships and delivering high-quality service.
• Experience retaining accounts and growing revenue.
• Ability to understand and communicate technical concepts and platform-based knowledge.
• Familiarity with current digital advertising trends and ideas.
