R & D Engineer (Research and Development): Planning and coordinating technology research projects, product development programs, and product pre-industrialization with an accent on R&D strategy, resource allocation, and prototype development. Focus on setting up tests and lab equipment, performing analytical procedures, calibrating and upscaling prototypes, and supporting researchers in resolving technical issues.

What you will do

Define, implement, and maintain R&D strategies, guidelines, systems, and services.
Align R&D budgets, monitor programs, and allocate resources.
Plan, coordinate, and implement technology research and product development projects.
Identify and consolidate R&D projects in line with technology trends and development plans.
Coordinate research, development, and product pre-industrialization.
Represent R&D capabilities to customers, partners, and other stakeholders.

Requirements

Execute case-specific procedures within research projects.
Set up tests and laboratory equipment and perform laboratory analytics according to specifications.
Use specialized testing machines and support prototype building and testing.
Assist researchers with calibration, calculations, upscaling, and technical problem-solving.
