Senior Engineer I-Process (Semiconductor Manufacturing): Sustaining semiconductor packaging processes for QFN-DP products with an accent on Die Attach, Tape and Reel, Backgrind, Saw, DOE, SPC, and engineering analysis. Focus on line sustaining, applying FMEA and control plans, making engineering decisions, and coordinating with the team.

What you will do

Sustain and improve semiconductor packaging process lines.
Work with QFN-DP packages and Die Attach, Tape and Reel, Backgrind, and Saw processes.
Apply DOE, SPC, engineering tools, FMEA, and control plans.
Perform engineering analysis and make process-related decisions.
Collaborate with colleagues and communicate technical information effectively.

Requirements

Graduate of any engineering course.
At least 5 years of experience in a related field.
Knowledge of QFN-DP packaging.
Experience with Die Attach, Tape and Reel, Backgrind, Saw, and line sustaining processes.
Knowledge of DOE, SPC, FMEA, control plans, and engineering tools.
Strong communication, teamwork, engineering analysis, and decision-making skills.

Nice to have

Background in material science and reliability.
Project management experience.
