Location: Austin, Texas; hybrid with in-office work on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Candidates must reside in an approved U.S. state.

What you will do

• Own full-cycle recruiting for critical searches across Operations, GTM, Product, Engineering, and other business units.
• Build targeted sourcing strategies and pipelines for competitive, senior, specialized, and high-volume roles.
• Engage passive candidates through thoughtful outbound sourcing and convert them into qualified applicants.
• Partner with senior leaders and executives on search strategy, talent calibration, hiring decisions, and closing candidates.
• Manage recruiting funnels, pass-through rates, hiring timelines, and multiple complex requisitions.
• Improve recruiting processes, tooling, workflows, reporting, and candidate experience.

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting in a growth-stage or scaling environment with rapidly changing priorities.
• Demonstrated success building pipelines from scratch for senior and difficult-to-fill roles.
• Strong outbound sourcing, passive candidate engagement, talent judgment, and stakeholder-influencing skills.
• Experience managing recruiting funnels, pass-through rates, time-to-fill, ATS workflows, and reporting.
• Ability to work in a hybrid schedule from Austin, Texas, while residing in an approved U.S. state.
