Location: Knokke (ZAI), Belgium; onsite role

Universal Banking operations in Belgium manage private banking services for approximately 30,000 families through an integrated team of around 300 professionals.

What you will do

• Coach and develop a local team of approximately six private bankers.
• Represent the Private Banking organization locally with internal and external stakeholders.
• Steer collaboration with business banking, independent and statutory agents, personal banking, and other departments.
• Lead the commercial performance of the team.
• Manage a personal client portfolio and contribute to team results.
• Support the growth strategy of Private Banking and contribute to customer satisfaction.
