What you will do

• Assume the General Manager’s duties and responsibilities during their absence.
• Drive store sales performance and maintain a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
• Supervise sales, office, inventory, and other store personnel; support recruiting, interviews, training, meetings, and role plays.
• Monitor customer flow, delegate coverage, handle complaints, and maintain a cooperative store environment.
• Enforce policies for sales, credit, security, loss prevention, payroll, expenses, and merchandise operations.
• Oversee merchandise presentation, inventory control, repairs, custom design services, and store maintenance.

Requirements

• Ability to achieve outstanding sales performance and provide excellent customer service.
• Ability to plan, organize, supervise, delegate, make decisions, and accept responsibility.
• Excellent interpersonal communication, persuasion, product knowledge, and floor-awareness skills.
• Professional appearance, positive attitude, reliability, and a team-oriented approach.
• Completion of required privacy, safety, training, and minimum-requirements quizzes.
• No Code of Conduct written counseling within the past six months and satisfactory recent performance appraisal results.
