What you will do

• Support strategic commercial agribusiness product initiatives and programs.
• Assist with the development, analysis, and delivery of product improvements.
• Learn about farm owner and commercial agribusiness insurance products while participating in underwriting projects.
• Evaluate and use new AI tools to reduce the time underwriters spend documenting accounts.
• Lead a project to improve efficiency across underwriting, systems, and documentation.
• Gain exposure to sales, product, claims, risk management, operations, actuarial, and IT functions.

Requirements

• Pursuing an undergraduate degree or completing extensive coursework in insurance, agribusiness, food science, business management, risk management, marketing, economics, finance, or a related field.
• Junior undergraduate status is preferred.
• Familiarity or experience with agricultural or farm operations is desired.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to prioritize multiple projects.
• Strong analytical, communication, networking, relationship-building, and attention-to-detail skills.
• hirify.global does not participate in the STEM OPT Extension program; sponsorship decisions depend on business need and budget and are usually unavailable for entry-level roles.
