Business Undergraduate Summer Internship

Location: Boston, MA, United States; hybrid schedule with four days per week in the office and one remote workday.

What you will do

• Support day-to-day team projects, strategic initiatives, research, data analysis, and process improvements.
• Work within the Client, Finance, Global Operations, Legal, Compliance & Risk, or Investment Implementation & Trading functions.
• Analyze business opportunities, financial data, operational processes, risk metrics, vendor due diligence, or trading activity depending on placement.
• Collaborate with teams across the firm and contribute to a summer project addressing a real business challenge.
• Present project results and insights to senior leaders, mentors, and fellow interns.

Requirements

• Current sophomore or junior undergraduate student pursuing a bachelor's degree; all academic majors are considered.
• Strong communication, attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Interest in business, finance, or operations and ability to work collaboratively.
• Curiosity and adaptability, including interest in using emerging technologies and AI tools to improve efficiency and decision-making.
• Participation in campus activities, leadership, volunteering, or work experiences; prior finance experience is not required.
• Visa sponsorship is not available.
