Senior/Expert Technical Artist (Unreal Engine)

Location: Hybrid work model with 3 days in the office and up to 2 days working from home; flexible core hours are 10:00–15:00.

hirify.global develops first- and third-party video games for major gaming platforms and is working on several unannounced projects as well as SAW: Genesis.

What you will do

• Collaborate with other technical artists on game projects.
• Resolve technical issues and support visual development workflows.
• Profile GPU, CPU, and memory performance for PC and consoles.
• Optimize levels, lighting, assets, materials, and textures.
• Create materials and tools for the development team.
• Share knowledge and continuously improve technical art practices.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of relevant industry experience.
• Knowledge of graphic rendering and Unreal Engine Blueprints.
• Experience working with multiple software packages and game engines, including Blender, Unreal Engine 4/5, or Substance Designer.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and independent-working skills.
• Strong knowledge of current technologies and tools for creating game visuals.
• Intermediate English and Polish at B1/B2 level are required.

Nice to have

• VFX experience and strong artistic skills in modeling, texturing, lighting, or a related area.
• Python scripting and HLSL knowledge.
• Fluent English at C1 level.
• Passion for video games.
