Salary: $17.00–$27.75 per hour

What you will do

• Lead the sales floor, support store operations, achieve sales targets, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Represent Coach values, increase brand awareness, and implement company initiatives.
• Monitor and analyze sales data, identify trends, and recommend actions to improve store performance.
• Support recruiting, interviewing, performance evaluations, training, feedback, and employee development.
• Build a collaborative, inclusive team culture and hold employees accountable for individual and business goals.
• Provide customer-focused mentoring, conflict-resolution support, and guidance on clienteling strategies.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of equivalent experience managing a competitive retail environment at the Lead Supervisor level.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch, climb, kneel, and maneuver through the sales floor and stockroom.
• Ability to lift at least 25 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Strong customer focus, business acumen, communication, creativity, and drive for results.
• Ability to develop employees, build effective teams, provide direct feedback, and manage ambiguity.
