Sales Department Supervisor (Luxury Retail)

Location: West Palm Beach, Florida; physical retail in-store position

Annual base salary: $58,479, plus substantial quarterly bonuses

What you will do

• Lead a sales team of product specialists for a major store department and maintain luxury guest experience standards.
• Collaborate with the in-store Design team and general contractors on client-space implementation, appliance compatibility, and lead generation.
• Attract, hire, coach, and retain sales talent while supporting training in product knowledge, selling, guest service, operations, and visual standards.
• Deliver individual and team sales, service, productivity, and store KPIs while handling customer escalations.
• Use design tools, CRM software, client accounts, sales analytics, and training resources to support consistent customer experiences.
• Manage stock levels, merchandise presentation, replenishment, cleanliness, safety, and back-of-house standards; perform key holder and Manager On Duty duties.

Requirements

• Experience motivating a team to achieve sales goals, preferably as a store leader or trainer.
• Understanding of luxury design and experience with appliance fitting and specifications.
• Strong customer service, sales, organization, communication, and relationship management skills.
• Ability to learn a broad product catalog and required software; Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office proficiency is preferred.
• Ability to work in a team sales environment, handle customer escalations, and adapt to a fast-paced, changing workplace.
• Availability for mornings, nights, weekends, and some holidays; ability to stand, walk, and lift or move up to 50 pounds as required.
