Analytics Manager, Performance Management (AI)

Location: Boston, Massachusetts; onsite Monday–Thursday with remote work on Friday

Annual base salary: $121,000–$137,500. Equity may range from $30,000 to $35,000, subject to approval and company performance.

What you will do

• Lead a team of analysts responsible for performance management across the global transportation and delivery network.
• Own weekly and monthly business reviews, translating performance trends into root causes, insights, and actions for senior leaders.
• Lead strategic analytics initiatives and roadmaps from problem definition through implementation and measurement.
• Conduct ad hoc analyses and build advanced reporting, performance metrics, and dashboards.
• Partner with Operations, Carrier Management, Data Intelligence, Product, and Technology teams to improve performance and customer outcomes.
• Build and use AI and automation tools to accelerate analysis and scale recurring workflows.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative field.
• Direct people management experience, including coaching, performance management, and developing early-career talent.
• Experience in reporting and analytics.
• Advanced experience with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, SQL or GBQ, and data visualization tools such as Google Data Studio, Looker, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills, including communication with all levels of management.
• Experience driving change and providing strategic insight in a fast-growth environment.

• Familiarity with Python or R.
