Clinician Strategy & Operations Manager (FTC)

What you will do

• Support the development and execution of the Clinician Supply & Operations strategy in line with business objectives and growth plans.
• Lead strategic projects from problem definition through implementation, coordinating stakeholders and tracking outcomes.
• Analyse operational performance across clinician supply and workforce operations to identify trends, root causes, risks, and opportunities.
• Develop business cases, recommendations, action plans, and benefits-realisation frameworks for operational improvements and investment decisions.
• Support annual planning, forecasting, goal-setting, executive reporting, and the preparation of board and leadership materials.
• Manage Data Analysts in the Workforce Planning function and improve dashboards, KPI reporting, and data capabilities.

Requirements

• Significant experience in strategy, operations, consulting, business performance, or a similar analytical role.
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, including experience with large datasets and translating insights into recommendations.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects and working with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong commercial acumen and experience preparing executive presentations, reporting, and business cases.
• Experience partnering with Product, Technology, and Data teams to deliver workforce tooling and automation.
• Experience working in fast-paced, scaling organisations and collaborating closely with operational teams.
