Director, Project Management

Location: United States — New York, NY. Hybrid work with required office attendance under company workplace policies.

Base salary: $130,000–$165,000 USD per year.

What you will do

• Lead large-scale client portfolios and partner with Client Partnerships, Creative, Strategy, Media, Analytics, Production, Influencer, and Commerce leaders.
• Define portfolio approaches, deliverables, staffing plans, agency fees, retainer scopes, procurement requirements, and business-planning processes.
• Oversee project and retainer financials, budgets, project plans, statements of work, and integrated team staffing.
• Manage strategic programs across brand creative, websites and digital experiences, social content, digital video, events, and other marketing work.
• Mentor and develop Project Managers while serving as a communication, escalation, and negotiation point.
• Lead new-client discovery, scoping, budgeting, staff planning, contracting, onboarding, and the first 100 days of engagement.

Requirements

• 10+ years of post-college experience, including project management experience in an agency environment.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field, or equivalent entrepreneurial experience.
• Experience with digital and social projects ranging from $10,000 to $2M+.
• Ability to partner across Client Service, Strategy, Creative, Production, Media, Technology, and E-commerce teams.
• Experience with platform guidelines, legal considerations, advertising regulations, and social and digital best practices.
• Demonstrated leadership, mentorship, communication, problem-solving, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
