FP&A Analyst - FTC

What you will do

• Support the Brewing & Brands Finance team with data extraction, validation, consolidation, analysis, and performance reporting.
• Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, period-end reporting, variance analysis, and P&L queries.
• Own the Risks & Opportunities process and provide early-warning insight for business planning.
• Prepare reports, bridges, templates, and ad hoc analysis for finance leadership and corporate stakeholders.
• Investigate data anomalies, recommend corrective actions, and improve reporting and business processes.
• Work with Finance Centre of Excellence teams to maintain data quality, financial governance, and process consistency.

Requirements

• Understanding of business strategy, financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Ability to extract, manipulate, validate, and analyse data from management information systems.
• Ability to work independently, plan workloads, balance priorities, and take ownership of outcomes.
• Professional communication skills and the ability to collaborate with business partners and finance teams.
• Studying toward AAT, CIMA, ACCA, or a similar qualification is desirable.
