Specialist, Commercial FP&A (Fintech)

hirify.global operates in financial services, with the role supporting the Credit Business and commercial decision-making.

What you will do

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning for the Credit Business.
• Deliver management reporting and analysis covering performance drivers, trends, opportunities, and risks.
• Partner with senior stakeholders on investment decisions and strategic initiatives.
• Build and enhance financial models, forecasts, and planning tools, including the Anaplan model.
• Provide commercial challenge and guidance on proposals and initiatives to maximise value.

Requirements

• Strong financial planning, forecasting, modelling, and analytical skills.
• Ability to translate complex financial data into clear insights and recommendations.
• Experience building relationships with stakeholders and influencing decisions through data.
• Clear communication skills for finance and non-finance audiences.
• Recognised accountancy qualification or equivalent professional financial qualification.
• Ability to work in a hybrid role based in London.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of financial services, lending, payments, or regulated business environments.
• Experience with enterprise planning tools such as Anaplan.
• Experience as a Finance Business Partner or Senior FP&A Analyst.
