Senior Business Analyst, AI

Location: Dallas, Texas, United States. Applicants may be required to appear onsite at a hirify.global office during the recruitment process.

Salary: $85,600–$149,400 USD annually, plus eligibility for a bonus.

What you will do

• Own the post-release lifecycle and backlog for multiple live agentic AI products.
• Evaluate product performance and identify opportunities to improve AI capabilities and business outcomes.
• Intake, triage, define, and prioritize feedback, defects, enhancement requests, and AI performance issues.
• Translate business needs, usage patterns, and operational feedback into product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate business stakeholders, engineering, QA, AI Enablement, AI Trainers, subject-matter experts, and content owners.
• Make product direction, release planning, and backlog trade-off decisions across typically 2–4 concurrent AI products.

Requirements

• Experience managing product backlogs, prioritization, release planning, and post-release product decisions.
• Foundational understanding of generative AI concepts, including LLMs, RAG, and prompt behavior.
• Ability to interpret agent behavior, prompt sensitivity, grounding issues, response quality, and user feedback.
• Ability to balance defects, AI performance improvements, new features, business value, user impact, and delivery capacity.
• Ability to participate in onsite interviews at a hirify.global office may be required.
