Senior Manager, Material Program Management

Location: Huntsville, Alabama, United States. Onsite role with a 9/80 schedule: nine working days over a 14-day period and every other Friday off.

What you will do

• Lead the Material Program Management supply chain division supporting production programs within the Missile Propulsion portfolio.
• Manage MPM managers and Material Program Managers, set portfolio priorities, and oversee execution against business and program objectives.
• Develop material strategies, execution plans, and standard processes aligned with program management plans.
• Provide financial leadership for material sales and program execution, including forecasting, revenue targets, budgeting, cost management, and EAC oversight.
• Partner with Program Management, Engineering, Operations, Quality, Finance, and Business Development to resolve material issues and mitigate supply chain risks.
• Represent Supply Chain and Procurement in integrated program teams, customer engagements, proposals, captures, and growth initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 12 years of related program management experience, or a graduate degree and at least 10 years of experience.
• In lieu of a degree, at least 16 years of related program management experience.
• Experience leading managers, cross-functional teams, supply chain or material management organizations, and complex program portfolios.
• Ability to manage financial performance through forecasting, risk and opportunity management, revenue execution, and EAC oversight.
• Strong collaboration skills across Program Management, Engineering, Operations, Quality, Finance, and Business Development.
• Some positions may require the ability to obtain a security clearance; security clearances may only be granted to U.S. citizens.
