Logistics Manager (Aerospace): Developing and executing logistics, sustainment, acquisition, and life-cycle support plans for AWACS and future airborne command-and-control capabilities with an accent on resource planning, readiness analysis, and DoD acquisition documentation. Focus on building support plans, coordinating cross-functional specialists, developing logistics studies and program products, and mitigating sustainment risks across the product life cycle.
Location: Tinker AFB, Oklahoma, United States; hybrid schedule with 2–3 office days per week; 20% travel

supports the Airborne Warning and Control System Division, including the planned divestiture of the E-3 platform and development of future airborne command-and-control capabilities.
What you will do
- Identify program requirements for money, manpower, materiel, facilities, and services, and align resources with program plans.
- Develop and execute logistics, sustainment, maintenance, life-cycle, delivery, deployment, and integrated logistics support plans.
- Coordinate with material support managers, product support managers, functional specialists, government stakeholders, contractors, engineers, and program leadership.
- Analyze supply, reliability, maintainability, readiness, sustainment risks, schedules, and resource requirements.
- Develop acquisition and sustainment documentation, business case analyses, trade studies, briefings, reports, RFP inputs, and program management products.
- Support capability assessments, requirements traceability, JCIDS products, test and evaluation activities, architecture documentation, technology assessments, and source selection tasks.
Requirements
- Must be a US citizen.
- Must hold an active Secret clearance.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 3 years of relevant experience, including 3 years in the DoD, or 7 years of directly related experience, including 5 years in the DoD.
- Experience with logistics planning, sustainment, acquisition life cycles, program requirements, readiness analysis, and resource planning.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, time-management, independent work, and cross-functional coordination skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite for reports, planning documents, analyses, and presentations.
