Program / Project Manager - Released Program Team (Semiconductor Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Lead qualification planning and execution across products and factories, managing milestones, risks, approvals, and launch readiness.
• Drive wafer sourcing and qualification strategies to maintain supply continuity and improve operational flexibility.
• Coordinate cross-functional resolution of product, quality, and qualification issues.
• Lead CYP/YIP improvement initiatives focused on yield, cost, and business performance.
• Manage global collaboration across engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, design center, and program teams.
• Provide recommendations and support executive decision-making on product delivery, quality, and cost performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering; physics, materials, electrical, or mechanical engineering is preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple projects across teams, locations, and time zones with minimal supervision.
• Strong organization, critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to drive data-based decisions and communicate with technical and executive stakeholders.
• Must work on-site in Springtown, United Kingdom.
• Skilled Worker Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.

• Project management experience in engineering improvement.
• Familiarity with Seagate products, technologies, and development processes.
