Senior Manager, Programme Management

Location: Aarhus, Denmark; approximately 30–50 travel days annually across the Nordics

What you will do

• Own a portfolio of strategic transformation initiatives across the Supply Chain Management and Data Platform value streams.
• Lead and develop a team of experienced internal and external project managers.
• Establish priorities, governance, delivery plans, risk management, and dependency tracking.
• Drive successful delivery of business-critical programme commitments and major implementations.
• Collaborate with Business Transformation, PMO, IT Delivery, value stream leads, business owners, and senior stakeholders.
• Build project management capability and a delivery culture focused on transparency, execution, and accountability.

Requirements

• Strong background in project and programme management with experience leading through others.
• Experience with large-scale transformation programmes, ERP implementations, or business-critical change initiatives.
• Experience managing project portfolios in an international matrix organisation.
• People leadership and development experience with project managers or comparable delivery roles.
• Experience working across business and IT environments, including governance, risk management, planning, and financial follow-up.
• Ability to work with agile, waterfall, or hybrid delivery approaches; certifications such as PRINCE2, PMP, MSP, PgMP, or SAFe are advantageous.

• Relevant programme or project management certification.
