Product Growth Coordinator (Healthcare)

hirify.global is a digital healthcare company building long-term care and personalised health programs, including Juniper, a weight-management service combining GLP-1 medication, nutrition, movement support, and clinician-led care.

What you will do

• Support the development and maintenance of Customer.io flows, campaigns, segments, and experiments.
• Maintain a central source of truth for always-on CRM flows and migrate email designs from Figma into Customer.io.
• Support quiz changes and new flows, including the migration of 35 quizzes to new infrastructure.
• Help improve quiz infrastructure by removing duplicate questions and saving responses to patient profiles.
• Build and update landing pages, set up experiments, and coordinate new assets with the design team.

Requirements

• Early-career marketing or growth experience, ideally with 1–2 or more years in a fast-paced digital, growth, or CRM environment.
• Ability to work across CRM, quiz, and landing-page workstreams while switching between contexts.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills, including maintaining accurate sources of truth across tools.
• Curiosity, proactivity, and willingness to take ownership in a growth role.
• Experience with Customer.io, Figma, or similar CRM and design platforms is useful but not required.
