Marketing Manager (iGaming)

Location: Manila, Philippines; hybrid way of working

What you will do

• Define local marketing targets and develop strategies aligned with financial KPIs for the Philippines.
• Plan brand positioning, media approaches, campaigns, and localized creative materials across TV, ATL, BTL, digital, and on-site channels.
• Manage, monitor, and report on the marketing budget, channel performance, campaign KPIs, and competitive activity.
• Collaborate with product development, content teams, agencies, and third-party partners to adapt products and execute communications plans.
• Ensure marketing activities comply with local regulations and provide reports and analyses to senior management.
• Lead and develop the local marketing team and represent the company internally and externally.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a relevant field.
• At least 5 years of experience in a marketing manager position in the online industry.
• Excellent command of English.
• Passion for sports and the online gaming industry.
• Strong analytical, communication, business, and data-driven decision-making skills.
• Proactive, hands-on, collaborative, and entrepreneurial approach.
