What you will do

• Manage, coach, and train a team of traders, conducting regular reviews to enhance campaign performance and delivery.
• Execute and optimize omnichannel programmatic media campaigns across a diverse portfolio of accounts.
• Monitor and manage margins and delivery to ensure client success and business profitability.
• Collaborate with Sales and Account Management teams to resolve technical or client-facing campaign issues.
• Test and deploy new products and features from internal product teams and external partners.
• Drive the adoption of new targeting tactics and optimization methods across the wider trading team.

Requirements

• Proven professional experience in programmatic trading.
• High degree of proficiency in at least one of the following: Xandr Invest, DV360, or The Trade Desk.
• Previous management experience leading at least 2 people.
• Thorough understanding of the programmatic landscape and industry ecosystem.
• Location: Must be based in Metro Manila, Philippines
