Programmatic Trading Manager (AdTech)

What you will do

• Manage, coach, recruit, and develop a team of programmatic traders.
• Review campaigns, monitor delivery and margins, and improve trading team performance.
• Manage campaign workload and distribution while supporting client retention and campaign success.
• Lead troubleshooting for client and technical issues, including complex campaigns.
• Test partner and internal product features and drive adoption of new targeting and optimisation methods.
• Coordinate with sales, account management, agencies, management, and product stakeholders.

Requirements

• Proven experience in programmatic trading and a strong understanding of the programmatic industry ecosystem.
• Significant experience with at least one of DV360, The Trade Desk, or Yahoo.
• At least 1–2 years of experience in team management, coaching, and mentoring.
• Strong organisation, prioritisation, communication, stakeholder management, and escalation skills.
• Ability to support team development, manage campaign outcomes, and contribute to commercial performance.
