Growth Marketing Manager (Fintech)

What you will do

• Analyze the business end to end, including product take-up across channels, merchant performance, repayment performance, and key growth levers.
• Identify user pain points and positive experiences, translating feedback and data into actionable initiatives.
• Analyze business and user metrics, prepare data-driven reports, and present initiative results and post-mortems.
• Lead growth initiatives for the traveller segment from prioritization and planning through execution and optimization.
• Collaborate with marketing, data science, UX, business intelligence, commercial, enterprise, and merchant partners.
• Drive traffic to websites, landing pages, and social media, with the goal of increasing app conversions.

Requirements

• Experience with business and user metrics analysis.
• Ability to turn customer feedback and data into actionable growth initiatives.
• Ability to plan, execute, optimize, and oversee end-to-end growth processes.
• Strong data presentation and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in NCR - WGC, Philippines.
