Brand Manager

What you will do

• Drive brand performance and business results across consumer awareness, purchase, and product usage.
• Identify consumer, shopper, and customer insights to guide brand growth.
• Develop market strategies and execute marketing and brand management initiatives.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Product Supply, Advertising, and Media Agency teams.
• Lead cross-functional projects and support innovation, brand experiences, and profitable growth.

Requirements

• Up to 3 years of experience in Marketing, Brand Management, or a similar role; fresh graduates and students graduating by February or March 2026 may apply.
• Strong strategic and analytical thinking skills.
• Leadership experience through formal or informal team leadership or management.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Legally eligible to work in the Philippines.
