TL;DR
Automation & AI Developer (AI/Automation): Designing and building scalable AI-powered automations for business operations with an accent on workflow analysis, system architecture, and integrations with tools such as Zapier, Make, ChatGPT, and Claude. Focus on deploying reliable automation systems, managing WordPress and cloud infrastructure, and creating documentation that enables non-technical users to operate and maintain solutions.
Location: Remote, based in Caracas, Venezuela; must overlap with US Pacific Time.
What you will do
- Analyze business operations, identify automation opportunities, and define clear hypotheses and expected outcomes.
- Design scalable AI and automation architectures and present recommendations to stakeholders.
- Build, test, deploy, and optimize end-to-end automations with Zapier, Make, ChatGPT, Claude, and related tools.
- Manage WordPress environments, hosting, domains, basic server administration, and integrations across platforms.
- Monitor system performance, resolve issues, and create reusable templates and systems.
- Write step-by-step documentation and train non-technical users to operate and maintain systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Background in software development or system architecture.
- Hands-on experience with Zapier and/or Make and experience using AI tools in development workflows.
- Strong understanding of LLM capabilities and limitations.
- Experience with GitHub, cloud infrastructure or virtual servers, and WordPress development or administration.
- Strong written English and availability for US Pacific Time overlap.
Nice to have
- Experience with Python or a similar scripting language.
- Familiarity with GoHighLevel, Mindbody, or Acuity.
- Client-facing, consulting, systems assessment, or automation recommendation experience.
