What you will do

• Build AI agents for engineers to transform software development workflows.
• Automate requirements refinement, coding, testing, and other routine engineering tasks.
• Develop AI-driven solutions that improve team velocity and reduce manual effort.
• Create internal best-practice guidelines for building and scaling AI agents.
• Support engineering teams as an AI multiplier across development workflows.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of hands-on experience building and integrating AI or LLM solutions.
• Strong background in software engineering, AQA, SDET, or DevOps.
• Practical experience with context engineering and RAG architectures.
• Experience building multi-agent systems using tools such as n8n, Claude Code, or Agents SDK.
• Hands-on experience with coding agents, including Cursor, Claude Code, or Codex.
• Ability to work autonomously, take ownership, manage time effectively, and deliver measurable results.
