What you will do

• Collaborate with the Head of Business Development to refine the go-to-market strategy, ideal customer profile, and unique selling proposition.
• Build and execute outbound outreach campaigns targeting potential clients across the US, EU, and CIS.
• Test messaging, calls to action, and audience-segmentation hypotheses.
• Use AI-driven tools to personalize and scale outreach efficiently.
• Maintain accurate lead tracking and funnel visibility in HubSpot CRM.

Requirements

• Experience with outbound lead generation and campaign execution.
• Ability to analyze and test messaging, calls to action, and audience segments.
• Experience using CRM systems for lead tracking and funnel management.
• Ability to collaborate with business development leadership on go-to-market strategy.
