Software Engineer (AI)

Location: Dublin, Ohio, United States; hybrid work with three days per week on-site

What you will do

• Design, develop, test, and maintain software applications supporting identity and access management.
• Write, test, debug, and refactor code for assigned features and enhancements.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to define and implement product improvements.
• Contribute to design discussions and code reviews.
• Direct and monitor AI tools for code generation, review, and refactoring.
• Optimize application performance and scalability while maintaining security and privacy standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience.
• 2–4 years of relevant software development experience.
• Strong programming skills in one or more languages.
• Experience integrating AI tools, frameworks, and concepts into software development.
• Knowledge of database systems and software development methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, independent-working, and collaboration skills.
