Factory Manager (Manufacturing)

Location: Nampa, Idaho, United States; onsite factory role

Salary: $130,000–$160,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead, organize, and motivate all production teams to meet strategic and operational objectives.
• Own factory performance across safety, quality, on-time delivery, lead-time productivity, and budget.
• Identify and justify staffing and capital requirements.
• Contribute to the strategic direction of the factory.
• Model, teach, and apply SEL values, Principles of Operations, and World Class Manufacturing principles.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related technical field or equivalent experience.
• At least eight years of related experience in increasingly complex leadership roles supporting operations; manufacturing experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and product flow.
• Ability to prioritize, organize, delegate work, and remove obstacles.
• Excellent leadership, communication, writing, documentation, and speaking skills.
• Satisfactory background check and negative drug test results.
