Senior Director, Operations Management (Site Leader) (Semiconductor Manufacturing)

Location: Kalispell, Montana, United States. On-site leadership of two co-located manufacturing operations; travel required 20% of the time. Relocation is not available.

Salary: $180,000–$247,500 per year, with potential bonus and stock award participation.

What you will do

• Lead the integrated Montana site comprising Montana Production Operations and Montana Manufacturing Solutions, with approximately 300 personnel.
• Set strategy and direct manufacturing operations for semiconductor equipment product build, quick-turn machining, assembly, and test.
• Manage site performance, resource allocation, delivery commitments, revenue and margin objectives, product quality, cost, cash, and responsiveness.
• Coordinate capacity planning, workforce flexibility, shared infrastructure, and supply chain responsiveness across both operations.
• Prepare the site to support new product commercialization and NPI, including R&D support through machining, assembly, and test capabilities.
• Build continuous improvement, quality, EH&S, employee development, and leadership capabilities across the site.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 15+ years of experience in manufacturing operations and related business environments.
• Broad knowledge of discrete product build, precision machining, assembly, and test manufacturing systems.
• In-depth understanding of semiconductor equipment manufacturing and quick-turn machining and test operations.
• Experience leading managers and functional leaders across production, machining, assembly, test, quality, and supply chain.
• Ability to work on site in Kalispell, Montana; relocation is not available.
