Senior Java Developer (AI)

Location: Hybrid from Poznań, Poland, with a preferred one day per week in the office

Salary: 1,100–1,400 PLN per day on a B2B contract

What you will do

• Develop and maintain modern backend applications using Java and Spring Boot.
• Design and implement scalable microservices-based solutions.
• Develop and maintain REST APIs and work with relational databases.
• Support automated deployment processes through CI/CD pipelines and Docker.
• Explore and implement Agentic AI tools such as Copilot, Cursor, and Claude Code to improve engineering workflows.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of hands-on experience with Java and Spring Boot.
• Strong knowledge of REST API design and microservices architecture.
• Solid understanding of relational databases and proficiency in SQL.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and automated application deployment.
• Excellent written and spoken English and strong communication skills.
• Willingness to work in a hybrid model from Poznań.

Nice to have

• Experience with cloud solutions.
• Knowledge of event-driven architectures, Kafka, and RabbitMQ.
