Senior Strategic CSM (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Guide enterprise customers through deployment, onboarding, operational best practices, adoption, and value realization.
• Act as the primary technical liaison and build relationships with customer technical stakeholders.
• Design and manage Mutual Activity Plans, project milestones, customer health signals, and usage targets.
• Collaborate with Support, Product Management, and internal teams while advocating for customer needs.
• Conduct feature training, provide value metrics, and communicate customer successes, challenges, and growth opportunities.
• Use customer usage data, product telemetry, and ROI analysis to support expansion and improve engagement strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Technical Account Management, or a similar client-facing role in software or cybersecurity.
• Experience guiding enterprise customers through onboarding, adoption, value realization, and complex technical relationships.
• Proficiency with AWS, Azure, and GCP, including cloud compute, networking, security, IAM, KMS, VPC, and Security Groups.
• Strong knowledge of SSDLC, DevSecOps, SAST, DAST, SCA, container security, CI/CD integrations, REST APIs, and security compliance frameworks.
• Experience with usage analytics, Power BI or Tableau, scripting with Python, Bash, or PowerShell, and the hirify.global platform ecosystem.
