Customer Success Tech (DACH Market)

Location: Hybrid in Lisbon, Portugal

Salary: €30,000 fixed annual salary plus variable compensation

hirify.global is a fast-growing startup developing cash-flow management and forecasting software for SMEs and midmarket companies.

What you will do

• Meet clients to understand their cash-flow management and forecasting needs.
• Collect customer data from banks and accounting tools.
• Build and maintain SQL/Python workflows to transform customer data for integration into hirify.global.
• Manage implementation projects and ensure customers use the solution's banking and data-integration capabilities effectively.
• Build scalable data-processing libraries, document best practices, and improve knowledge management.
• Provide structured product feedback to help prioritize data-integration features and banking aggregations.

Requirements

• Degree from an engineering or business school.
• Native-level German and fluent English.
• Excellent command of Excel, including VBA.
• Experience automating data processing with SQL and Python.
• Strong oral and written communication skills, curiosity, and willingness to develop customer-interaction skills.
• Team-oriented mindset with an interest in sharing knowledge and working in a startup environment.
