Project Manager (Energy)

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end software solution and hardware deployment projects for customers across North America.
• Manage project scope, budgets, timelines, deliverables, risks, and action items.
• Coordinate delivery across Engineering, Product, subject-matter experts, and Support teams.
• Serve as the primary escalation point for project issues and maintain proactive customer communication.
• Support internal initiatives and ensure project execution aligns with business objectives and customer needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5–7+ years of hands-on project management experience delivering software solutions.
• Experience delivering hardware and software asset-management solutions in the electric utility industry.
• Experience managing software delivery, SaaS deployment, and hardware integration.
• Strong understanding of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid project management methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with Jira, Jira Service Management, MS Project, and Office 365.

Nice to have

• PMP or PRINCE2 certification.
• Experience in the electric utility, energy, or asset performance management industries.
