What you will do

• Provide first-line IT support to employees in the Shanghai office and users in China.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network, audio, and video issues.
• Manage onboarding for new hires and maintain IT assets.
• Monitor meeting rooms and server rooms.
• Record, document, prioritize, and close support tickets.
• Provide recommendations to management on issues affecting the site or region.

Requirements

• At least one year of experience in a global or cross-border corporate environment is preferred.
• Experience supporting Mac, PC, iPhone, Android devices, and printers.
• Experience with network troubleshooting and audio/video support.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for working with business users, technical users, and developers.
• Strong English and Mandarin communication skills are required.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, learn new technologies, and work a flexible schedule.
